The health center is conveniently located near commuter train and bus stations, just 12 minutes by train from Stockholm Central. Spånga Square offers many restaurants, a few shops, and market stalls. Our area includes Solhem, Bromsten, Sundby, and Flysta, characterized by small-town development.

Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include journal documentation in TakeCare, administrative services, mail handling, phone management, cash register and reception work, as well as other administrative tasks at the clinic. You will be the clinic's face to the outside world and the first person patients and relatives meet in their contact with us. There are good opportunities for development and space for your own areas of responsibility.

Start date 1/3-31/8 or by agreement
Full-time, 39.5 hours/week.

Qualifications

You have training as a medical secretary. Experience working in primary care and a complementary nursing assistant education is an advantage. You must be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You have good computer skills and are proficient in the Office suite.

You are a helpful and unpretentious collaborator with the ability to work flexibly according to varying needs while also being able to work independently and drive your work forward. You feel comfortable in patient and relative contacts both at the reception and on the phone. You are curious, want to develop and learn new things, and contribute to a good atmosphere at the clinic. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

For Patient-Centered Work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area:

  • Background checks will be applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
  • In addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
